CASA BONITA is a luxurious, modern villa with full air conditioning. Large Crystal 10x5m Pool, Extensive Lawned Gardens.

Located close to the lovely coastal resort of Javea with private off road villa is very modern with extensive, well maintained lawned gardens, ideal for the children.

The crystal clear pool is 10x5 metre with under water lighting for those relaxing, cooling evening dips. There is a shower unit by the pool.

The kitchen is modern, large and spacious with all the modern ammenities you would expect including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine etc. There is a seperate dining area which leads onto the bright, spacious, beautifully furnished lounge with Cable TV and DVD player.
From the lounge you enter the shaded naya with its large dining area. This overlooks the 10x5m pool with underwater lighting and further onto the large well maintained lawned gardens which is ideal for the children.

The popular coastal resorts of Javea and Moraira are a short drive away with their beautiful white sandy beaches, which have been awarded the prestigious European "Blue Flag" award for cleanliness and safety.

Both resorts offer fabulous beaches, a tremendous selection of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops and offers a great selection and variety of quality cuisine.

You can visit the exciting "AQUALANDIA WATER PARK" the entertaining "MUNDOMAR WATER PARK" with its superb "Dolphin Show" and the fabulous "TERRA MITICA" which is one of Europes largest Family Theme Park

Notes
A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. There is a refundable loss/breakage deposit of £300 which will be returned within 10 days of departure. All bed linen, hand and bath towels are included.

There is an optional linen change for stays of 2 weeks at a cost of 15 euros per room.

Mid stay cleaning, if required, is available at a cost of 15 euros per hour. (min 2 hours)
