Ideally situated villa, newly renovated , bordering the uniquely Spanish towns of Salobrena to the east and Almunecar to the west. Situated off the N340, AlfaMar is a small, well kept urbanization of approximately 100 homes, owned by many different nationalities including English, French, Spanish, German, Belgian, and Swedish. It has its own delightful swimming pool (open July / August only) and tennis court (open all the year round). These can be seen from the villa and are just a 2 minute walk away. Our nearest beach, directly opposite the Urbanisation is a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk away and boasts a small beachside restaurant (mid June to mid Sept) with very reasonable prices. Salobrena main beach is a 5 minute drive away.
Convenient for Granada airport (a 45 minute drive ) and Malaga airport (approximately a 1 hour drive). You can easily visit the historic town of Granada (and the Alhambra Palace), or the famous Sierra Nevada and Alpujarra Mountains. Whilst Salobrena is an unspoiled and quiet Spanish seaside town, the larger resorts of Nerja and Malaga are also within easy reach. The choice is yours whether you want to enjoy nearby beaches or to go walking, at whatever level suits you
THE VILLA – ACCOMMODATION
Newly furnished in modern style, the villa is on one floor and comprises:- • Small entrance Hall / Cloakroom • Open plan living room with large kitchen area. • Kitchen newly fitted and extremely well equipped for the most enthusiastic cook with oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher • One double Bedroom with ensuite bathroom • One twin bedroom with separate bathroom adjacent • Lovely Dining Room (off the living room) with panoramic windows overlooking the Mediterranean. • Small front garden • Sun terrace with fabulous views over the Mediterranean and of Salobrena and Almunecar. Terrace furniture is provided so you can have breakfast here and also dine outside in the cooler evening air. • A Parking Space is available next to the house. • Access to the villa is via steps – 25 in all – but it’s this height which gives you such fantastic views! • Whilst the villa does not have its own pool, the Ubanization’s delightful pool is right opposite the villa and is open in July and August from 9a.m.-9p.m. • TV with BBC1,2,3,4 and ITV 1,3. DVD, CD Player.
SUMMARY If you have relaxation in mind, this will be the perfect location for you. The views from the terrace have to be seen to be believed. Furnishings are new and very comfortable. Equally if you want to sightsee or get out walking in the surrounding hills – then this is your opportunity. Salobrena is not a touristy town but a Spanish hideaway which will not disappoint you. NOTE: A car is essential for this location. Since the villa is set on a hillside and the approach is via 25 steps, it is not suitable for elderly or infirm persons. Please note also (with young children in mind) that the terrace is quite high up and is not suitable for "climbing youngsters").

Special notes CONDITIONS The villa is available throughout the year, for up to 4 people. Discounts are available for long lets. Our “Caretakers,” Karel and Uta, will see that you settle in well and they will be contactable should you need anything.
DEPOSIT AND TERMS OF PAYMENT 20% of the total amount is payable at the time of booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to occupancy. A sum of 100 euros is required on arrival, as a refundable “holding” deposit, repayable after inspection when you vacate the premises.
