This family Villa is set on a 4000 square metre landscaped
plot with electric gates and entry phone system.
Attractively furnished and well equipped to provide all the
comforts you would wish to find in a holiday home.
Air Conditioning is optional, and charged at £60.00. per week.

The Villa comprises: Master bedroom with en-suite
bathroom,two twin bedrooms and further shower room,
a hair dryer is provided.
Lounge and Dining area tastefully furnished.
Dining table with six chairs, Satellite T.V. DVD/Video player,
Stereo Radio/CD Player. Board games, cards, DVDs and
Videos are all Playstation with lots of games.
Wireless Broadband equipped - bring your netbook for cheap skype calls!

The Kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge/Freezer, Oven,
Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee and
Sandwich makers. Utility Room, has washing machine,
Iron and Ironing Board.

All Bed linen and towels are provided. The Villa is cleaned between
Lets.

Outside there is a 10M X 5M Private pool fully equipped with
Poolside furniture, BBQ, Pool Games and Inflatables.
Also provided are Cool Bags, flasks and a beach parasol.

*Please note beach/pool towels are not provided*

New Barbeque area now finished!

The Villa is a 5 minute drive from Catral town centre, where you will
find supermarkets, bank with cash dispenser, Bars and Restaurants.
A weekly market is held every Saturday in Almoradi.

Alicante Airport is approx 25 minutes, Murcia Airport approx 40 minutes.
The Beautiful Blue Flag beaches of Guadamar and La Marina are 15 Minutes.
There are several First Class Golf courses within a short drive.
