This is a lovely new 3 bedroom 2 bathroom penthouse apartment in the Elfaro complex in Vera Playa which boasts 2 lovely pools and a children’s play area. The beach only 5 minutes away. The apartment has all you would need to make your holiday a relaxing one right down to the wine glasses and stereo to watch the sunset. It has 2 double beds with ensuite bathroom a further bathroom both with showers over the bath. Two further bunk beds. The 2 double bedrooms and the lounge lead onto a large terrace which overlooks the swimming pool. The lounge is comfortably fitted with cosy sofas, dining table for 6, Sky TV for English news, DVD player with a selection of films should you wish, and a music system to listen to while relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine, the kitchen has every thing you require for your home from home including washing machine, microwave, dishwasher. On the balcony is a table and 6 chairs and sun loungers.. We have included an information pack with everything you will need for the area, we do recommend a car to get the most out of the surrounding area with its beautiful inland countryside, we are also within 15 minutes drive of 3 golf courses.

Booking deposit of £75, required at time of booking,(non refundable in the event of cancellation) damage deposit of £100 required, refunded in full within 10 days of holiday completion, subject to no damage occurring to apartment. Full rental to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. Payment in Euros accepted.
