This new apartment is siutated in the beautiful community Altos /Calahonda, Mijas Costa/.
It has panoramic sea views, 2 bedrooms.
There are 2 bathrooms /one with a bathtub and another with a shower/.
One of the bathrooms is en-suite with the master bedroom.
The balcony of the apartment is west facing.
The apartment is nicely furnished and decorated.
There is DVD, English SAT SkyTV /contract viewing/, TDT a portable barbecue /provided on request/, fully fitted kitchen, kettle, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, toaster and a washing machine.
There is a beautiful communal garden with 2 swimming pools.
There are a few local bars and restaurants and a small supermarket in 3-5 minutes walk from the apartment.
The Beach is about 3 km from the apartment
All the local amenities are short drive away so it is highly recommended to rent a car when you stay in this apartment. There is a gated communal parking area, but it is much better to park your car in front of the entrance door and walk in. The apartment has very easy street acces. the apartment´s entrance door is just about 15 meters from this parking area and on the same level.

The apartment is clean & ready for your arrival. Damage/key deposit of 150 EUROS in cash has to be given at arrival and you get it back when you leave.
If there is a baby in your party, there is a small supplement if you want to rent a baby cot. High chair can also be provided for a small extra cost.
The apartment is for maximum of 6 people /there are 4 single beds in the apartment/ 2 folding beds can be provided for a small extra charge/.
