This Spanish style villa in a small development of three houses has wonderful views of the sea and mountains. It has a mature garden of 400 sq m, including a pergola, BBQ, garden furniture and fridge, for private use. Next to this garden, the pool, which is 12m in length, is shared with the other two villas. The sea is only 1.5 km away.

The accommodation is on the first floor of the two storey villa and comprises 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living/dining area, kitchen and laundry. There is a balcony leading off the living room with outdoor furniture.

The house comes fully equipped and has satellite television. There is a lockup garage for one car.

The house is 3km from the centre of town. Almuñecar has a wonderful daily fresh fish, meat, fruit and vegetable market and good supermarkets. There are many restaurants in town and along the sea front. There are English speaking doctors and dentists in the town.

One can fly into Malaga or Granada – both an hour away by car. Granada is an exquisite Moorish town with the famous Alhambra Palace. The Alpujarras mountains and the Sierra Nevada are easily accessible with very good walking and lovely mountain villages.

Notes
Each booking will require €100 non refundable deposit at the time of booking. The balance of the booking will be due no later than 28 days prior to occupancy. On arrival, a €200 deposit will be required (against breakages and damages) to be returned on departure. Each booking is for a minimum of 7 nights accommodation but arrival and departure dates are flexible. A discount will be considered for long lets.
For each stay, a payment of €100 will be required to cover cleaning and laundry.
