A new promenade leads from the apartments into the local fishing village of Garrucha. Outside
The apartments are designed around beautiful walkways and gardens with an abundance of flowers.
The facilities consist of two large open-air swimming pools, one of which has food and sports facilities such as water aerobics and childrens club, while the other is more for relaxation, both are surrounded by gardens.

Coast/Beach
The award winning blue flag Vera Beach is 100 metres from the apartments.

Golf
There are 9 golf courses in the region and 3 close to the apartments including the 36 hole Valle de Este.

Travel
Almeria is the nearest airport and is a 35- 40 minute drive.
Murcia is approx 120 minutes away.
Alicante is approx 140 minutes away.

Distances
Take a leisurely stroll along the beautiful beach promenade to the fishing village of Garrucha and watch the fishermen bring in their daily catch. The village boasts exquisite fish and shell fish restaurants.
The 500 year old stone set mountain village of Mojacar is on 5-10 minutes by car or the local air conditioned bus and has beautiful boutiques and traditional Andalucian restaurants. Or enjoy the cafe society in the big square and take in panoramic views of the Andalucian countryside.

Booking notes
Bookings: Once a provisional booking has been agreed a booking form is provided. This form must be completed by the designated party leader, who must be at least 18 years of age. The completed form must be returned to us by the date specified on the booking form. Confirmation of your holiday will be sent in writing on receipt of completed booking form and deposit payment.
Payments: If the booking is made within eight weeks of departure full payment is required with the completed booking form.
