The 1st floor luxury air-conditioned apartment is just 20 minutes from Alicante Airport, in San Juan Playa. It is 1.5km from the sandy beach and over-looking the golf course. It is one of the nicest complexes in the area and boasts a communal swimming pool with a water slide and summer jacuzzi, a tennis court, squash court, well-equipped gymnasium, sauna, winter jacuzzi and both indoor and outdoor childrens recreational areas.

The 72 par, 18 hole ALICANTE GOLF course was designed by Seve Ballesteros and is an appealing challenge for the novice or experienced golfer. The apartment overlooks the course with views to the mountains.

There are local shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The vibrant city of Alicante itself is just a few minutes drive or a short tram ride away, with its excellent shops and restaurants, impressive marina, spectacular Santa Barbara Castle, or the very interesting MARQ Museum. For stunning mountain scenery and another great castle go inland to Guadalest. Elche is famous for its palm gardens. Benidorm and its many theme parks are about 25 minutes drive away - spend a day at Aqualandia, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura or Mundomar. Or take a boat trip from Santa Pola to the Island of Tabarca.

Cleaning Charge : 60 euros per week payable locally to maid upon departure or at the end of each week. The apartment will be cleaned and a change of linen provided.

Booking : 50% non-refundable payment required on booking with balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
