Description: |
Almunecar is a charming seaside town on Spains Costa Tropical, 1 1/2 hours drive from Malaga airport and just over an hour to Granada, the Alpujarras region and the Sierra Nevada mountain range wih its ski resort and chair lifts. Popular with Spanish and foreign tourists, Almunecar hosts cultural, artisan and folkloric events throughout the year. Its two main beaches are lined with promenades with numerous cafes and restaurants. Water sports include sailing, diving and Splash park.
The apartment is just 50m from the beach, at the end of San Cristobal Beach. It is on the first floor of a condominium block and has porterage, a security phone and a swimming pool (open June-October). The old town centre is 800m away, reached along a palm-lined promenade with tapas bars and restaurants and by a bus which also goes to the bus station. The photos shown here were taken in November and illustrate the regular good weather. A spacious lounge/dining room gives on to a balcony with full sea view, where four can dine in comfort, and which catches the sun from dawn until early evening. The main bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, walk-in wardrobe and looks out to the beach. You can sit in the bed and see the waves. The second bedroom at the rear has two single beds, bedside table and walk-in wardrobe. Both bathrooms have showers, baths and bidets.
The apartment is available throughout the year. Low season rates are shown on our table of prices.

TV, hi-fi unit, ceiling ventilators and comvector heater. Fitted kitchen has all necessary utensils, a 2-ring electric stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, fridge and clothes washing machine. There are clothes lines at the rear. Parking avaiable in front of the building. Nearest supermarket: 300m. Restaurants: one in the building itself, the next is 200 m away. Beach chairs, hats and umbrella are provided but no beach towels. Bed linen and towels for kitchen and bathrooms are provided. Ironing board and iron. Bedside clock/radios in each bedroom. Special notes For 2008 Sterling Prices will be calculated at €1.40 (now €1.30) Discounts can be negotiated for longer stays. An advance payment of 20% is required to confirm the contract. A security deposit of Euros 100 is also required. The security deposit and final rental must be paid 2 weeks before the start of the rental. A final cleaning charge of €40 will be added. For bookings over two weeks there will be a change of linen and towels every 15 days |
