The apartment is on the ground floor, thus particularly safe for children. It is also handicapped-friendly with easy wheelchair access.

Being front-line beach with no road to cross means you are on the doorstep of seven kilometres of beautiful white sandy beaches, with access to all beach and watersports. A stroll along the palm-tree-lined promenade will take you to the entertainment of three 4* Hotels. Crossing the road on the other side of the building takes you to the Marina and some of the excellent fish and seafood restaurants that this area is well-famed for, along with a selection of shops, small supermarkets, bars and icecream parlours.
A challenging 18-hole Golf course is only 5 minutes away by car for golfing enthusiasts, with four more nearby. The nearby typically Spanish town of Ayamonte is bustling wth activity and boasts many picturesque tree-lined squares surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafés. Boat trips are available from the quayside to take you over to Portugal or along the Guadiana River.

The Lounge - Well decorated and furnished to make your holiday memorable, this bright and comfortable room has Satellite TV. The sofa pulls out to form a double bed
The Kitchen - Quality appliances include oven, hob and microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster.
The Bedroom - With two 90cm wide beds side by side, bedside tables with lamps, dressing table, mirror and fitted wardrobe.
The Bathroom - White bath with overbath shower, bidet, toilet and handbasin.
The Terrace - Accessed from the loungs, the large, patio-facing terrace receives the afternoon sun - the two articulated awnings providing comfortable shade, keeping the apartment cool in the evenings. There is a large terrace table, chairs and sun-loungers. There are also two 80cms beds serving as a terrace sofa, the bottom bed pulls out from underneath and can sleep an extra two visiting guests. Access to the terrace is from the lounge.
The Utility Room - Containing a washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes airer and cleaning equipment.
Also Included - The development includes a remote-controlled vehicle access gate and the apartment has its own covered, designated parking space. There is an entry-phone system for pedestrian use, landscaped gardens, lawns, shrubs, and fountains. Cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge of 50 Euros.
