The large detached penthouse apartment is situated in a prime frontal position in the block overlooking the swimming pools and gardens with magnificent views of the sea and with sun on the terrace garden over 12 hours per day in summer.

The wide natural sandy beach in front of the block is one of the best in spain, far superior to the man-made costa beaches, the long atlantic tides wash and clean the beach daily, the beach is extremely safe for children with an absence of steep shelves and undercurrents.

The terrace is well equipped with both dining and barbecue tables with parasols dining chairs, recliners and sun loungers with irrigated palms and flowers enhancing the beauty and privacy of the terrace . From 2008 we have extended the pergola and added a large enclosed glazed conservatory within the terrace extending out from the kitchen/lounge area giving protection from the onshore wind during winter and spring allowing perfect sunbathing.It can be fully opened up during the summer to allow in the cooling sea breezes.

The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen and lounge dining area with large sofa and rocking armchair and 42" satellite TV. All doors and windows are double glazed with full height security blinds and are fitted with drop down insect blinds , all rooms have large ceiling fans.The front door has its own private lobby and windows are fitted with security grilles in the public access areas. The main bedroom with ensuite bathroom has a kingsize bed that can be also used as twin beds and 24"satellite flat screen TV. The second bedroom also has a 21" flatscreen TV.

Local amenities can be found just a 10 to 15 minute minute walk from the front gates west down the promenade and more restaurants and bars can be found about 30 minutes walk east along the promenade (or beach) towards the Marina. The new promenade west is safe and well lit at night and the promenade east is due for completion this summer. There are several beach bars or chirinquitos along the beach towards the marina.

The swimming pools in public community areas, subject to european and spanish law must be supervised by a lifeguard and therefore have restricted opening times , the pool area is open generally between the end of may and the middle to end of september, the exact dates depending upon the prevalent weather, but the beach and sea are open all year round.
We strongly recommend you hire a car from the airport rather than take a taxi, since you will need local transport on a daily basis and car hire and fuel is relatively cheap.

There are apartment blocks in the vicinity still under construction and you may be aware of the associated site traffic and some noise but this should be expected. Please be aware this is a popular beach holiday resort in spain and if you want total peace and quiet, we can not guarantee you will find it here in summer, or anywhere similar. There are however strict community rules on noise between midnight and 0800 that are generally adhered to.

TV is provided with both english and european satellite channels bring your own sky viewing card if you wish to view sky.
We also provide various beach mats, raquets, air beds, games etc. We also have two bicycles that you may use free of charge.

For the little ones in addition to a large comfortable travelcot we also provide a baby booster seat.

There is a full height fridge (over) freezer in the kitchen and also we provide an electric kettle, juicer, fondue & large oil fryer, coffee percolator and blender.

Note that we do have powerful ceiling fans in every room which are indispensible in the summer months .

Special notes
A 10% discount offered for bookings of two weeks and over excluding July and August.
Please first check the amenities, availability prices and terms of booking are suitable to the owner. Please call +447802244050 to make any reservation enquiries.
A non returnable 30% deposit is required on booking. The balance is requred 8 weeks before departure.
Local agents will meet you on arrival with keys and will collect on departure. Any breakages should be made good prior to departure, a 250 euro security deposit is now required (from 2008) with your final payment refundable within 2 weeks after departure less any damages or extra cleaning charges.
In the event of a booking being cancelled for whatever reason within 8 weeks of departure the full cost of the reserved accommodation will be charged for, but 70% will be refunded if the property is re-let. If however we have to cancel your reservation we will refund any payment you have made in full. Please ensure that you take out adequate insurance to cover any unforseen problems, cancellation charges etc. We can not be held responsible for any other costs you may incur. Failure to settle the outstanding balance within 6 weeks of departure will forfeit the 30% booking deposit and the apartment will be re let.
