Description: |
Fantastic climate, superb beaches, fishing, golf, paragliding, restaurants offering worldwide cuisines, bars, all make for a fantastic holiday here in Gran Alacant. We have a lovely 2-bedroom apartment equipped to a very high standard for your enjoyment and to rent at very reasonable rates per week NOT per person.
There are lovely scenic drives into the mountains if you should tire of the beach and we are only a 50-minute drive form Benidorm with its variety of theme parks. Buses to other places are cheap and frequent if you decide not to hire a car.
The apartment is situated approximately 3 miles north of Santa Pola and is on a new development and it consists of an upstairs apartment on two levels. The lower level is the living area and the upper is a fully tiled solarium (sun terrace), so you can enjoy the glorious Spanish sunshine. Gran Alacant is only around 10-15 minutes drive from Alicante Airport however there is no aircraft noise, and another 10 minutes to the beautiful city of Alicante. There are local amenities, restaurants with all types of world cuisine, shops, several supermarkets, banks and bars and bread shops etc. This area of Spain is said to have the healthiest climate in the World by the World Health Organisation and the sun to shine 320 days a year. To get the very best from your visit, we would recommend you hire a car (for as little as £10 per day) although the bus services are very reasonable and reliable, with easy access to other areas on the Costa Blanca. If you decide not to hire a car, we may be able to arrange transport to and from the apartment for you (there is a charge for this service approximately the same as a local taxi).

The kitchen is well equipped with all cooking utensils. An iron and ironing board is also supplied.
Living/Dining Room:
Comfortable and spacious living area with TV, and Hi-Fi with CD player, radio and cassette.
A selection of books are also provided.
There is a table and 4 chairs in the dining area, two 3-seater couches in the living room.
Bedrooms:
Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, bedside tables and free standing fans
The main bedroom has a double bed and also a chest of drawers.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds.
Heaters are provided for winter.
Towels (excluding beach towels) and bed linen are provided.
Bathroom:
with bath, shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.
Cleaning & Additional Services:
Cleaning is carried out after each change over.
Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost.

Special notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required with booking form.
Balance required 6 weeks prior to departure date.
We will also require a £100 security deposit held against loss or damage,This will be returned to you as soon as our key holder in spain as checked the apartment
If the booking is within 6 weeks, payment in full is required upon booking
