Holiday villa for rent in Betlem

Enjoy stunning sea and mountain views and wild coastal walks in pretty Betlem. The house is new, light and airy with traditional terracotta-tiled roof and floors and only 3 minutes stroll from the coast. Large shared pool with a childrens section and tennis court. Perfect for relaxation.

Betlem is a small village with 2 local restaurants with bar. More good seaside restaurants and shops can be found in the quiet fishing village of Colonia St. Pere, less than 2 miles away. Here there is a lovely beach, seaside promenade shops and restaurants. Enjoy lunch/dinner of local seafood or a beer while you watch the children play on the beach. We often go there for breakfast of freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, croissants or pan amb oli (Mallorquin snack of bread with olive oil, tomato and ham or cheese) delicious!

Betlem is well-situated to explore much of the North and East coast with their pretty calas (coves)and beaches. We particularly like Cala Mesquida for its yellow sands and turquoise sea. Inland you can explore the small towns and visit monasteries. The island in February into March is particularly beautiful as the almond trees are in blossom and look like snow.

The old town of Artá is 15 minutes away with a wide choice of pretty shops and restaurants and the old fortress-hermitage. Capdera with its castle on the hill and the resort of Cala Ratjada are also nearby.

Golf, sailing and many beautiful beaches all in the locality.

The famous Drach caves are an easy day trip, as is Pollenca with its Sunday market. Enjoy a coffee in the square. Manacor, Mallorcas second town, is only 25 minutes drive and is worth a trip to visit the old town and have lunch by the church in the square.

Palma is less than an hour away to explore the lovely old town. visit the magnificant cathedral, admire the views of the port, enjoy the seaside promenade. Shopping is good here and there are dozens of great bars and restaurants. Just before Palma you can find the new aquarium which has indoor and outdoor attractions and is highly recommended for all ages. We had a fabulous time there.

In the case of two week rentals, the laundry will be cleaned Prices are per week in euros. Cleaning mid-through. Guests are required to vacate property by 10.00 am on morning of departure. A 30% booking charge is asked for upon booking and balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. We ask for 300 euros refundable deposit against damages. Long-term winter lets can be negotiated and for large groups we may be able to arrange to book neighbouring villas.
