LUXURY Townhouse, the house is about 157 sqm with solarium and the basement. The house is in Gran Alacant 10 min drive from Alicante. DRINKING WATER IS IN THE HOUSE. THE HOUSE HAS ALMOST EVERYTHING YOU NEED. Superb beaches, snorkeling, diving, GOLF, fishing. Supermarket and restaurants very close. TV. Many restaurants very close. This is a luxury house !! :) Tabarca island close by.
Santa Pola (5 min drive) and Alicante ( drive) and buses goes on regular and bus goes also too the beach if you don´t like to walk. Walking time down the beach is about 10 min. You can walk to supermarket and restaurants in 1min. banks and internet cafe and lots of restaurants about 1-3 min walk. GOLF COURSES ALL AROUND..
2 bedroom upstairs living room and big basement there can sleep 6 people
so it is 2 bedroom and big basement

Business conference

A lot of rooms to sleep in. We managed tom cram in 9 people in the liwing room for a couple of small conferences.
