A beautiful town house in a quiet and exclusive urbanization on the way to romantic Mijas. The house is 110 m2 and has an incredible view of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. On the ground floor you will find a well equipped kitchen, guest toilet, utility room (with washer and dryer), cozy sofa area with fireplace and a sitting arrangement that seats 8 people comfortably. Additionally, there are TV, DVD, radio and CD player and Wireless Internet (2MB)

Situated on the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with individual bathrooms both with tub and shower. The master bedroom also has an ocean view balcony. The guestroom has panoramic doors, and view towards the pool.

All rooms are air-conditioned. There are 2 tile covered terraces, one of these with beautiful plants, electric sunshade, exclusive furnished garden, loungers and an unforgettable view.

Casa Alba is perfect for two couples wanting to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The House has, along with the other 21 tenants in the closure, access to newly built and furnished pool area.

The person responsible for renting has to be at least 35 years old and this person is also responsible for the house during the stay in Villa Bonita.
