Our villa is in a prime location, close to Playa De Punta Prima beach and all facilities including restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets.


The accommodation includes:

Winter garden with sofa and dining facilities overlooking pool. IDEAL FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN.

Lounge with satellite T.V and DVD. Air Conditioning.

Kitchen/Utility room: Fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave/grill, washing machine and fridge freezer. All kitchen equipment is provided.

Double Bedroom on first floor with French doors opening onto roof terrace. Air Conditioning.

Second Bedroom with twin beds on ground floor. Air Conditioning.

Third Bedrom with twin beds on ground floor. Air conditioning.

Family Bathroom with bath (shower over), bidet and WC. on ground floor.

Large roof solarium and sun terrace with sunbeds, chairs and patio furniture.

Linen and towels are provided but not beach towels. Hairdryer supplied.

Air Conditioning operated by pre payment card paid for at the time you pay your holiday. Cards cost £5 or 8 Euros each and two per week is usually adequate.

Will your villa actually overlook the pool? - some rental properties show a pool but the villa is located elsewhere ..!! Check it out to avoid disappointment.
