Description: |
Gran Alacant is a cosmopolitan area in the ‘ White Coast’ region of Costa Blanca, renowned for it’s great beaches and tranquillity. Due to the exceptional climate the region has many popular outdoor activities to offer such as golf, sailing, tennis all year round along with many family leisure amenities & activities easy accessible.
Situated only 10mins from Alicante airport ( no aircraft noise) with many local towns nearby such as Elche, La Marina & Santa Pola with larger towns being within easy access only an hour or so away as Torreveja, Guardamar & Benidorm.
Gran Alacant has plenty to offer for those looking for a relaxing holiday and also those looking for something a bit more. Alicante Town is only 15 mins away where you’ll find the Castillo de Santa Barbara ( Castle) , wonderful port and fantastic shopping opportunities. The superb road/motorway network means Benidorm is only a 45 minute journey away where you’ll find the large waterpark, (Aqualandia) and the recently opened theme park which boasts 4 themed areas and zoo (Terra Mitica)
Gran Alacant has an interesting mix of full time residents and holidaymakers all nationalities this being reflected in the bars & restaurants in the area offering first class cuisine in Spanish, Indian, Chinese, Scandanavian, Pizziera, British, Mexican and Steak Houses ( Argentinean). A wide selection amenities lie within Gran Alcant such as petrol station, bakers, ice-cream parlour, DVD rental, gift & furniture shops, car hire rental, chemist, banks ( cash machines), medical clinic with English speaking doctors and dentist. 3 well stocked supermarkets offering fresh bakery, fish and grocery products. A communal swimming pool in landscaped area is in the heart of Gran Alacant.
Our house is located in Monte Y Mar urbanisation in Gran Alacant offers easy access to local amenities and leisure facilities within walking distance including Supermarkets, Chemist, Bank, Post Office, Internet Café, Bars & Restaurants including bars offering sky sports for pub stool sports enthusiasts. A communal pool for Monte Y Mar residents is 2 minutes from our house. A wonderful Spanish market which includes local products and fresh fruit & veg is held each Thursday morning
Carbassi Beach is only 2 minutes away with many other spectacular beaches nearby
A multitude of championship golf courses within 10 km of Gran Alacant including the world famous La Manga golf course

Our communal swimming pool is just a 2 minute walk away from the house. 5 minutes walk away you’ll find tennis/5 a side football courts.

TERMS OF BOOKING
** The keyholder will prepare the house for your arrival and will meet you at the house with keys etc
** On arrival a fully refundable 100 euro deposit will be required for damage/loss which the keyholder will return at the end of your stay after inspecting the property.
** At the end of your stay you will be required to pay the keyholder 45 euro for cleaning and laundry services
The house is available for weekends / short breaks / short term and longterms lets along with full flexibility for times of arrival and departure
