Det er en ny og pragtfuldt beliggende bebyggelse, med udsigt over appelsinlunde til Middelhavet og de omkringliggende bjerge. Lejligheden ligger i et aflukket område og ingen trafik. Bebyggelsen ligger 4 km. fra byen Altea og inde i landet ved den mindre Altea La Vella.

Det solbeskinnede Costa Blanca er kendt for de dejlige strande, små hyggelige landsbyer og flere seværdige attraktioner samt de gode restauranter. Der er en række særdeles spændende golfbaner, hvis du er til golf, men derudover byder hele området på vandsport i Middelhavet og forlystelesparker i Benidorm 15 km. væk.

This brand new Penthouse appartment on the side of the Altea Hills is an ideal base to discover the Costa Blanca and is only 45 minutes very easy drive from Alicante airport.
Located in a private gated development this very spacious, luxury, penthouse apartment has two bedrooms and additional room on the top floor with 2 beds and 2 sofa beds ( 2 persons ).
Its set in beautiful landscaped gardens containing a fantastic swimming pool. There are fabulous unspoilt views from every part of this development.
The apartment has three terraces. One on the North facing side and another on the south side and finaly the terrace on top.
From the south terrace its posible to look over the pool area and the communal gardens and the mediterranean. It provides good shade from the sun while still allowing you to sit outside and enjoy the spectacular scenery.
The north terrace has stunning views of the Sierra de Bernia mountains or the Altea Hills as they are widely known. These mountains dominate the whole area and they change colour during the day as the sun moves across the sky.
From the top terrace there is at spectacular wiew over the midilterranean sea.
This development is ferfect for families with children, being a private gated development there is no through traffic which makes it very safe and secure and it is easy to look after the kids.
The nearby village of Altea la Vella is only 2 Km away and has all amenities including a Bank, shops, and some fine restaurants. There is also a very good 9 hole golf course there which has we are told the longest Par 5 in Europe.
The ancient town of Altea has long been famous for its artists and is regarded as the cultural capital of the region. It has some of the finest galleries, shops and boutiques on this coast reflecting its upmarket status. Here you will find some excellent bars and restaurants and the prices are very reasonable.
For the culture vultures, this area is steeped in history and there are many ancient monuments and places of interest to visit
For those who like walking there are many trails and paths through the mountain areas for you to enjoy.

If you want night life you can visit Benidorm in the evening which is about 25 minutes down the coast. The Terra Mitica water theme park is a similar distance.
Altea is a living town and a popular designated marine resort. It is not over reliant on tourism and is open all year round. It doesnt close down and become a ghost town out of season. With the walm all year round climate this makes it an ideal place to visit and enjoy at any time of year.
