A 24-hour security entrance serves the development with underground parking. It is conveniently located near to the main routes only 45 minutes from Malaga airport. It is 5 drive minutes from the exclusive port of Puerto Banus with its many bars shops and restaurants. A 5-minute walk away is the traditional Spanish town of San Pedro, which hosts a selection of shops and restaurants and tapas bars. Marbella is 10 minutes drive. The beach is a 10-minute walk away along a pleasant promenade.
A whole range of first class golf courses are within easy reach, with Golf Valley only 5 minutes drive away. Guadalmina has a driving range within walking distance of the apartment.
The apartment is 120 square metres and the 21 meter terrace is set for alfresco dining watching the golfers, tropical gardens and the ripples on the pool.
Both the large lounge diner and the main bedroom open onto the sunny terrace.
The main bedroom has a large king sized bed and an large ensuite bathroom which has a bath with shower and a separate double shower cubicle.
The second bedroom is served by a separate bathroom with shower over the bath. Both bedrooms are located off a hallway away from the main lounge.
San Pedro town is within walking distance where there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and tapas bars.
Puerto Banus with its exclusive shops and millionaires yachts is 5 minutes drive away.
Marbella is 5 minutes further on with its exclusive hotels and long promenade full of restaurants and life. The town itself has a range of shops as well as a beautiful town square full of tropical plants and fountains. The beautiful Orange square still has all the Spanish whitewashed charm of street cafes and churches.

The town of San Pedro is close by. There isa driving range for keen golfers as well as a cable ski lake. There is a gymnasium on site with a full range of equipment as well as changing and shower facilities. Malaga is the closest airport - 50 minutes but there are others to choose. Jerez- 1 and half hours, Seville 2 hours, Gibralter 30 minutes and Granada 1 and half hours away. All use fast routes. |
