The Old Stables Villa is located at Finca Arboleda in the countryside just outside Vera on Costa Almeria. The Villa has use of a beautiful 10m x 5m swimming pool with a salt water cleaning system, so no excessive chlorine.
Finca Arboleda is set on 3 terraces covering over 1 acre of mature gardens, on the top terrace there is the Orange Grove apartment, also available for rental, next to our house and the swimming pool. The middle terrace is an Olive grove the Old Stables villa is on a lower terrace of the garden.
Finca Arboleda is perfect for a quiet relaxing break and to help us achieve this for all guests we do not accept young children in the Villa or Apartment during the peak summer months.
The villa has one double bedroom with king size bed (1.5 M x 2.0 M) and one twin bedroom, both have fitted wardrobes with hanging space and shelves.
The bathroom has a power shower, WC and hand basin with vanity unit and hairdryer.
The modern American-style kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, cooker with oven, toaster, kettle, juicer, picnic cool box and iron. A breakfast bar links to the living area which has two very comfortable leather sofas. The dining table seats six.
There is a 32 inch LCD TV with English satellite and Spanish free view programmes and a DVD player with movies on request.
All rooms have ceiling fans and for the chilly winter nights there is Gas central heating. The windows have shutters and mosquito nets

Finca Arboleda has wireless Internet.
The garden has more than 100 mature olive, citrus and mixed fruit trees, so there is nearly always fresh fruit to pick like Apricots, Figs, Lemons and Peaches. Imagine making juice from Orange’s you’ve just picked or using our own Olive Oil and eggs.
We are very well situated in a country location close to 4 golf courses and only 10 mins from the coast.

Set in an area ideal for relaxing, walking, cycling (we have 2 mountain bikes) an away from the crowds base for exploring the area or somewhere just to lie by the pool and enjoy the sunniest part of Europe.
