The well furnished lounge opens directly on to the patio outside 2with tables chairs and sunbeds.
The lounge has satellite television, DVD and stereo.
A little less than 4-5 minute walk will take you to the beach.
Two championship golf courses within 2 km see owner for golf and fishing discounts available on request.
Oasis park Zoo the islands main attraction 45 mins with 20% discount on request.
Discounts for Baku water park,Ocean catt,sub cat submarin some of the top restaurants and Carhire.
The apartment its self has a dining area / kitchen well equipped which includes oven, hob, microwave, electric kettle,sandwich toaster,iron ,Coffee machine 2 fridge freezers etc .


The main bedroom has a double bed with a second bedroom containing twin beds, 2 single/double beds in the spacious 3rd bedroom that also open into double beds.
There is also a family bathroom.

Two large furnished terraces for an extra sunbathing area.



Just 100m to town centre where there are a variety of shops, bars and restaurants.
Entertainment can also be found around this area on some of the time share complexes where you are welcome to use their bar facilities.

The top restaurant steak house 60 metres away.

The main Atlantico shopping centre where there are boutiques, a large supermarket, bars and restaurants and beach all set in landscaped gardens 10 minute walk.
