DESCRIPTION
This fabulous 2 storey villa has been completely refurbished to the highest standard, and incorporates all the luxuries you would expect in a first class hotel, but with the privacy and space of your own private villa. THE HAVEN is a designer 3 bed, 2 1/2 bathrooms, detached villa set in a quiet residential street. Many local restaurants, and shops, beaches and the famous port of Puerto Banus are all minutes walk away. Lovely large living space, private heated salt water pool, private garden and off street parking, flat screen TVs, satellite, air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen, are just some of this fabulous villa’s features. THE HAVEN is situated in a quiet residential street, yet minutes walk from the jet set nightlife and designer shops of Puerto Banus. Local amenities are all within walking distance and include beaches, supermarkets, taxi rank, banks, shops, restaurants, markets, hair and beauty salons and even a casino! With mountain backdrops and ocean views to Gibraltar and Africa, you will not find a more perfect setting for your holiday!
BEDROOMS
The 3 bedrooms all have twin or double beds, so sleep 6. Additional sleeping for 2 is available in the lounge or on fold up beds if needed to sleep a maximum of 8. All 3 bedrooms are tastefully furnished with modern furniture, independent air conditioning / heating, mirrored wardrobes, drinks fridge, Satellite TV and music systems. The master bedroom has an ensuite, whilst the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom, and in addition there is a separate cloakroom.
MASTER BEDROOM – Has mirrored wardrobes, flat screen TV, DVD player, radio / alarm, drinks fridge, safe, patio doors to dining terrace, A/C, King size bed with wrought iron head board, leather chair and coffee table, bedside lamps, wooden bedside cabinets and ensuite bathroom.
SECOND BEDROOM – Has double bed with wrought iron head board, mirrored wardrobes, satellite TV, DVD player, drinks fridge, radio / alarm, bedside lamps, A/C, chaise longue, wooden bedside cabinets and coffee tables.
THIRD BEDROOM – Has twin beds with wrought iron head boards, mirrored wardrobes, satellite TV, DVD player, drinks fridge, radio / alarm, bedside lamps, A/C, and wooden bedside cabinets.
BATHROOMS
There are 2 bathrooms, one on each level of the villa and one being an ensuite to the master bedroom. There is also a separate cloakroom on the same level as the living area. All three have brand new modern ceramics and quality fittings. Both bathrooms have a Jacuzzi bath with power shower, WC, bidet, sink, mirrors, chrome fittings and mahogany furniture.
KITCHEN / DINER
The fabulous large modern kitchen / diner entered from the lounge has enormous patio doors out to the pool terrace, and is kitted out with every kind of modern convenience you could wish for in your own home. The room is so large that it also incorporates a breakfast area with sofas, coffee table and flat screen TV.
Luxury features include designer cupboard doors, granite worktops, an Italian glass table and chairs to seat 6 / 8, leather sofa & chair, and glass coffee table and a flat screen TV with satellite.
Electrical items include a dishwasher, 2 large chrome fridge freezers, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, gas hob and electric oven, iron and ironing board and independent air conditioning / heating.
A separate utility room with washer / dryer and drying area complete the standard.
LOUNGE AND BAR
The luxurious lounge has designer animal print furniture, a large sofa bed (to sleep 2), large wooden coffee tables and dresser, a bar, patio doors to the pool terrace, and access through the bar to the dining terrace and barbeque area.
Electrical items include Satellite TV, DVD and video player, music system, wireless Internet, independent air conditioning / heating.
This room also features a huge bar into the bay window area, with granite worktops, bar stools, further cooking facilities to back up the barbeque, and a wine cooler. Sitting either at the bar, or the dining terrace, you can sip your sangria admiring the fabulous views, and in the evenings watching the most spectacular sunsets!
EXTERIOR
There are two terraces, one to the front of the villa having barbeque, dining furniture and fabulous views. The second terrace is around the pool and accessed from the kitchen / diner or the lounge, having flower borders, sun beds, tables and chairs.
The fabulous private pool is HEATED and works on a SALT WATER system which is all the rage here now - no more chlorine damage to hair and skin!
Parking is off street, and very secure as this road is a private cull - de - sac for residents only.
LOCAL AMMENITIES
Whilst situated in a quiet residential street, yet walking distance to beaches and Puerto Banus, the HAVEN is also surrounded by all the local amenities you could possibly wish for. These include a market, banks, hair and beauty salons, an English video and DVD hire shop, restaurants and bars, hotels, chemists, supermarkets, hair and beauty salons, shops, a Casino, and a taxi rank only minutes walk away.
The local beaches are 5 minutes walk from the villa are all varied – either busy or relaxing, and have a huge choice of beach bars and restaurants, water sports, and golden sands. Some of the local beaches have play areas and there are several front line beach pool complexes where the kids can swim and mingle whilst parents can relax and soak up the rays or take lunch whilst keeping one eye on the children – a nice break!
Surrounded by some of the best golf courses in Spain, amusement, / safari, / aqua and marine parks, water sports, and every other activity you can think of, this villa is perfect for every type of holiday maker! (Even Sierra Nevada and its fabulous snow capped mountains is the skier’s paradise – only 2 hours drive away!)
This villa is ideal for families, romantic couples, or singles, with all the amenities you could need on your doorstep, yet far enough away from the “bustle” of the port to relax and “chill” if that’s what you want. A perfect “Haven” - for a perfect holiday!
PUERTO BANUS
The famous port of Puerto Banus is only 8 minutes walk from the villa, or 2 minutes by car. For those of you who have never visited Puerto Banus before, you are in for an absolute treat! Those of you who have been before will already know you are coming back to the most “happening” resort in the Costa del Sol. Puerto Banus is unique – based around a harbour filled with speed boats to enormous luxury yachts with cars to match and packed full of designer shops, bars, clubs, restaurants, cinemas, market stalls, department stores, and the most spectacular array of trendy, jet setting people – it’s no wonder Puerto Banus has been a playground to the rich and famous for decades! To top it all off Puerto Banus is surrounded by many of the best golf courses, marine, aqua and safari parks and beaches in the whole of Spain

Puerto Banus is ideally situated, only 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport, and 40 minutes from Gibraltar, the famous mountain monkeys, and tax free shopping! (You can also fly into Gibraltar airport – much smaller than Malaga with fewer flights but also fewer people!) 5 kms north is the delightfully traditional Spanish town of San Pedro with its own unique beaches. 5 kms South is the huge expanse of Marbella town with yet more shops, restaurants and beaches. Just outside Marbella is the enormous retail park known as La Canada, with many English shops, restaurants, bowling, Cinemas, and so much more!
The Costa del Sol, especially Marbella generally has good weather all year round as it is sheltered by the mountains behind in the winter, and cooled by the sea breezes in the summer. So if you don’t choose the Costa del Sol for your summer break, why not try a winter vacation? Most residents and holiday makers alike enjoy winter here in summer attire and Christmas dinner on the beach or the terrace!
