In the most elevated position on the La Noria small development so most days you can see the mountains, sea and Morocco! A high quality, tastefully furnished and well equipped property. Easy parking outside of house which is unusual in Vejer. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the historic area. You can have a lovely stroll in the evening to eat and drink without the worry of driving. 10 mins drive to local beaches.
Lounge has 2 sofas, coffee table, Flat Panel TV, satellite TV and DVD player. Portable fan. Ceiling fan.
Kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and table and chairs.
Small appliances includes kettle, toaster, juicer and coffee maker.
Dining room has table and 6 chairs. CD player and radio. Ceiling fan.
Bedroom 1 with king size double bed, large wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets and chest of drawers. Travel cot. Ceiling fan. Built-in safe.
Bedroom 2 with king size double bed large fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets. Small balcony with table and chairs. Ceiling fan

Notes
PLEASE CONTACT FOR STERLING PRICES - dont use the currency converter as with the fluctuation in Euro prices the Pound price will be different. Our costs are in Euros so we use that as our base currency. Price is fixed at time of booking - no surchages.
Bookings that cross two price bands will be charged at a pro-rata rate.
£150 deposit required at time of booking.
Changeover day is flexible.
House cleaned before and after stay - extra cleaning available at local charge.
The house will be available from 4.00pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure, some flexibility may be possible outside of main summer season.
