Description: |
In a SUNNY position our enclosed tiled garden is private on both sides for relaxing on the sun loungers in the sunshine or just enjoying meals al fresco.
It comprises 2 bedrooms,lounge,seperate modern kitchen, bathroom, patio, and tiled gated garden for younger children safety.Parking.
For your leisure satelite TV 35 channela, radio, CD player,a good supply of books and games. There are three pools .The nearest is just 30 seconds and the others 2/5 minutes away.We cannot guarantee that all pools will be open.
Two sandy beaches at the bottom of the hill-a few minutes drive or take the bus. For the energetic walk down and take the bus back.
Down the hill to the left sandy beaches with a palm lined promenade leads to Los Arenales with tapas bars, shops and restaurants.Turn right for the natural beach of Carabassi with sand dunes, pine trees and picnic tables. A little further a rocky coastline is ideal for fishing with the spanish or exploring the rock pools.
A nature reserve for bird watchers or just walking is closeby.
Close to the apartment there is a small supermarket ,bars /cafes, internet cafe and restaurants .Gran Alacant has all amenities. Weekly street market chemist,post office, banks,shops and a commercial centre. The bus service is reliable,economical and easy to use.a file with places to go ,timetables and maps is in our lounge.
Visit ALICANTE(20mins) and SANTA POLA(10mins) by car or longer by bus----beaches,water sports,world cuisine, typical spanish street markets marinas and many shops and bars. Alicante Santa Barbara Castle is well worth a visit.
TABARCA ISLAND-take the ferry from santa pola to this traffic free inhabited island with fine fish retaurants. It is also a marine reservation.
ELCHE---- a beautiful historical town also famous for its parks,palm trees and shoe factories!! A delight to visit.
BENIDORM---less than an hour to the theme park-Terra Mittica
Water Park -Aqualandia and Mundamar-Sealife and Dolphins.
