Cabo Roig is the perfect location for either a family holiday, the two local beaches are blue flag status
or as an all year round golfing destination having several quality golf courses within a short distance.
There are several street markets and a number of shopping venues within easy reach to keep the shopaholics going.
Close by at San Pedro there is a Cinema showing movies in English.

Accommodation to suit a party of up to six. There are two double sized bedrooms, featuring a double bed master and a two singles second.
Both have fully fitted wardrobes and a built-in safe for your valuables.
An additional two can sleep on the 3-seater sofa that easily converts into a double bed.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a washing machine,tumbler dryer, fridge freezer, oven, hob, extractor hood, microwave, kettle and toaster.

There is also a full size steam iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, hoover and just in case of those little accidents a broom, mop and bucket, dust pan and brush.

The spacious lounge/dining room has two sofa’s, digital satellite TV (UK TV & radio), DVD, with large DVD library, playstation1, bring your favourites, and a mini hi-fi radio/CD/MP3 player. The dining room table is full size.

The fully tiled bathroom has a shower, WC and bidet, hot water is from a 100-litre tank, over twice the standard fitting, hot showers for everyone!

Outside, there is a covered terrace with steps leading to a walled and balustraded private garden complete with furniture and barbecue.
Note the Air co units have now (1/1/07) been moved off the terrace wall (standard position on all apartments), this means there is more space and that the terrace can be used all the time, not just when the Air Co is switched off, new pictures soon.

The property also has both on and off street parking, a car is recommended for this accomodation.

In true Spanish style the property has decorative grills on all windows and doors and a full alarm system.

There is a communal swimming pool and garden area.

There is a no pets policy and a strict no smoking policy inside the apartment.

Flight time from the UK is approximately 2 hours.

Alicante airport is 40 minutes.
Murcia airport is 20 minutes.

Balance paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
A £100 refundable security deposit is required against the unlikly event of breakages/damage occuring. This will be refunded promptly as soon as the cleaners have checked the property

There is a "one off" 40 Euros charge for cleaning per holiday, paid locally at the end of your stay.
