Villa in Pilar de la Horadada in El Mojon is 15 min. from Murcia Airport and 45 min from Alicante Airport. Only 100 m from the beautiful "blue flag" beach Playa Higuericas.
The fully equipped villa is tastefully designed, spacious, with a roof terrace, own swimming pool and parking space. Local amentities are 15-20 min stroll with bars, restaurants and shops.
TV with English/Spanish and Scandinavian channels
El Mojon is very tastefully developed with new build Spanish villas coupled with large communal parks and walkways ensuring uninterrupted coastal walks along the sandy beaches, sand dunes and promenades. The house is located in one of these new developments, Residencial Perla del Mar.
The climate is typically Mediterranean with more than 3200 hours of sunshine, with temperatures ranging from 18 degress in the winter to 30 degrees in the summer.
The villa is ideally situated close to a number of golf courses - Villamartin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and the famous La Manga.

Pilar de la Horadada in El Mojon is a Spanish town located between Costa Calida and Costa Blanca for both Spanish and foreign residents on the shores of the Mediterranean at the border between Murcia and Alicante.
The villa is near other towns including San Pedro del Pinatar and Lo Pagan at Mar Menor, all with a wide variety of shops and restaurants.
There is a bustling market every Friday with fresh produce, clothing and leather goods.
In addition to the crystal clear Mediterranean and the golden sandy beach, the villa is near to the salt lakes, sand dunes and nature reserves for which the area is justly famous. At the southern end of the town is the start of the "Mar Menor", and the northern end looks out to the neighbouring village of Torre de La Horadada, which is within easy walking distance along a wooden walkway or along the beach.
Beaches
El Mojon has some of the best beaches in Costa Blanca - stretching from Torre de la Horadada to the north down to the very tip at Punta des Algas. There are beach bars, play areas and foot showers to wash off that golden sand.
Mar Menor
Mar Menor ("minor sea") is reputedly the largest natural lagoon in Europe. The shallow waters and the absence of tides make the Mar Menor the ideal place for all types of water sports. The "black mud" from the Mar Menor, although creating a strange sight when first seen smothered over the bodies of some of the visitors, is used to relieve the pain and the symptoms of rheumatism, arthritis and many other ailments.
Golf
The famous golf courses Villa Martin, Campoamar and Las Ramblas are all within 10-15 min. drive.
