Our beautiful, privately owned, holiday villa situated in the pretty rural urbanisation of La Marina just 20 minutes from Alicante Airport can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The villa has a large rooftop solarium which is an ideal sun trap but benefits from a breeze all year round and lovely views of the mountains down to the beach. We have recently had a conservatory put in the solarium which now doubles as the 4th bedroom and an escape from the sun in the summer!
The villa is five minutes from beautiful unspoilt sandy beaches (all blue flag) backed by a lovely expanse of pine trees. Its close to all amenities including multiple shopping areas with restaurants, bars, banks, pharmacy, taxi rank, bus stops and supermarkets.
The area is known as ‘the market garden of Europe’ with an abundance of orange, lemon, almond, olive and artichoke groves. There is an infinite variety of International cuisine, as the surrounding towns have 100’s of restaurants from which to choose.
La Marina literally has something for everyone, from a relaxing break to bars for nights out.
A large selection of championship golf courses are also available for the more energetic.
The property consists of 2 double bed rooms and one with 2 single beds.
Uk Cable tv is also installed so no need to miss any tv from home when you are on holiday!
