Description: |
This new 3 bed house/2 bathroom house is located at Penoncilla Beach approx
4 KM west of Nerja. Frontline and only 75meters down to the beach, with no steps. Where there are numerous beach bars/resturants within easy walking distance. Torrox Costa is only 1 KM away, with a spectacular promanade which has bars, resturants, shops and a childrens play area.
This house has 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, a balcony with fantastic sea/views a great place to sit and watch the sun rising and setting. The other two bedrooms also with wonderful views have twin beds and share a fully fitted bathroom with shower.
The fitted kitchen comprises of electric hob/oven,microwave, fridge dishwasher washing machine kettle and toaster.
There is a downstairs cloakroom/toilet.
The lounge/dinning room as 2 sofas, coffee table freeview English TV (BBC ITV etc) the dinning room has table and chairs to seat 6 people comfortably, this leads onto a spacious terrace with table and chairs also reclining sunchairs/table parasol, with fantastic views of the communal pool, beach and sea.
The communal pool also has a seperate small childrens pool in well kept garden area.
A small welcolme pack will be provided on arrival.
Bedlinen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
Fans are avaliable in the summer and heaters for the cooler winter evenings.
Iron, ironning board and hairdryer.
Parking space is directly outside the house.
Nerja is 10 minutes bus ride away, the bus stop is only 100meters from the house with a regular service into both Nerja and Torrox. Malaga airport is a 45 minute car journey or now the new airport at Granada is approx 1 1/2 hours drive.
