Description: |
This spacious apartment is part of the now well established Guadalmina Alta complex, and lies 2 kilometres off the N-340 coast road. Its 1 km from the centre of San Pedro, with Puerto Banus and Marbella only a few minutes away. The apartment is finished to a very high standard with marble floors and air-con throughout. Central heating makes out of season also very pleasant. Please ask for our own website address to see more detail on layout. The lounge consists of a leather suite, with 40 LCD TV and Sky package , and opens on to the lower terrace, with large glass top table , is south facing and overlooking pool. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and 2 of them have en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom opens out onto a large roof terrace with sun loungers and table. Theres also a north facing, internal terrace accessible through the upstairs bedroom. The grounds have established gardens within a gated complex and a total of 5 communal pools. Use of the facilities at nearby Hotel Barcelo 50 metres from the complex is the very stylish Barcelo Hotel. They welcome you to use their facilities, which include a gym, a spa, a large pool, bars and restaurants. There is also a tabac (where you can get all the English newspapers, cigarettes and mags). It is best to go to the hotel for a taxi, as our complex is a gated complex, so the taxis cant get passed security. The hotel staff at reception are very helpful. We often call in for a drink on the way into Puerto Banus and the reception staff are more than happy to call you a taxi into town! Book early on a Saturday night though as taxis get very busy during the summer..

The apartment rental price is fully inclusive of gas, water, electricity, pool & garden maintenance. A cleaner will have cleaned and made beds before your arrival. Hand & Bath towels are provided but please bring your own beach/pool towels.
If staying more than one week, you may wish to consider weekly maid service, but at an additional cost.
Although privately owned, this apartment is cared for by a local, multi-lingual management company. Hopefully, there will be no issues, however if there are any problems on arrival the company will be only too glad to help.
