Luxury beautifully maintained 3 bedroom villa with private 8 x 4 pool & outdoor shower, sun terrace with bar area on private urbanization in the Valle Del Sol area of Murcia. The villa has a large private garden and terrace area with private parking at the front of the house. It is air-conditioned and furnished to the highest standard. There are 3 bedrooms, two with twin beds and master suite with double bed (there is an extra occasionally bed suitable for a child. There are also 2 bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen & spacious living area. Satellite TV with Sky Sports, Movies, all BBCS, all ITVS, etc and 2 DVD Players.
The Villa is situated a short drive from bars restaurants and shopping. There is a supermarket on site and a bar/restaurant within 300m walking distance.The villa is ideally placed for many activities, with many excellent blue flag beaches just a 15 minute drive away on the either the south coast(Costa Calida) or the east coast(Costa Blanca). The Villa is ideally placed for Golf lovers being just a short 5 min drive to several championship courses.
Just 15 kms away from the resort , is the historic coastal city of Cartagena with its port and marina and excellent shops , and North from the resort the regional Capital of Murcia with its fabulous architecture and cafe culture

A €200 booking deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable six weeks prior to arrival. One set of towels and bed linen are provided but it is advisable to bring additional towels. Airport pick ups from Murcia and Alicante available on request. Wecome pack available at a small charge. |
