This apartment is furnished to a good standard in contemporary style. Located in the beautiful old part of the townn centre, in a popular orange tree lined street: Calle Nueva. It is situated very close to Fuengirolas main Church Square (Plaza de la Constitucion 5 mins), 3 minutes to the main beaches, bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Moments away from the trendy and upmarket bars behind the post office. The main train and bus stations are about 10 minutes walk, ideal for travelling to local villages such as traditionally trendy Mijas, Marbella, Puerto Banus and Malagas now world famous Picasso Museum.

The apartment sleeps 4 in total but we only let it to couples or a maximum of 3 people. There is one master double bedroom (2 people) and a smaller bedroom (sleeps 1 comfortably or -2 people squezed). Contains an open plan kitchen and a bright beautiful lounge. The apartment is situated on the 1st floor of 3 stories and has a lift.
Situated close to the town centre and beach, everything is within walking distance.
The Fuengirola Zoo is no more than 10 mins walk from the apartment and it's a great place for a day trip. There is a small park with a good playground for toddlers and older children with a fantastic cafe (WI-FI hotspot) by the townhall, about 5 mins walk.

Rentals start from Euro 280. Long lets available during winter months at approx. Euro 750 per month.

Perfect old town bolt-hole

We had a fantastic stay in this beautifully appointed, clean, comfortable apartment. We were blown away by the abundant orange trees right outside our balcony and the gorgeous buildings of the old town which, happily, this apartment is right in the centre of. The transfers to and from the airport with the english speaking driver gave us a seamless introduction to Fuengirola. The owners were very helpful in providing us with a travel cot. I'd definitely recommend this apartment for couples with a young child- there are play parks near, the bars and cafes are very child friendly and, of course, the beach is only a minute away. We visited in February and the town was not too busy and the temperature was just right for sitting outside drinking coffee in the lovely town square. Casa Colon, by the big post office was our favourite place for coffee and wine and the waiters were so good to our daughter. We will be recommending this place to our friends.

Little Gem

This town apartment is actually located at a very convenient spot. Owner was very honest about everything and helped me with all my questions promptly. Spent a lot of time on the beach and side seeing so its good that I didn't have to go far after a busy day.
