The modern and spacious open-plan lounge has a large leather corner sofa and dining table that seats 6. Wall mounted 32 inch flat screen T-V with Sky box, DVD player, CD Radio, Bose Ipod speaker and DVD film library of approx 150 films.
The large (78 square metre), sunny terrace has a whirlpool bath, a table that seats 6 and 4 sun loungers.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms have spectacular sea views with patio doors leading onto the large sunny terrace.
Master bedroom has Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom and built in wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 has double bed, full length mirror and built in wardrobes.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds full length mirror and built in wardrobes.
Bathroom 2 has bath/shower bidet toilet and basin.

Kitchen and Utilities

The large kitchen has a granite breakfast bar with seating ideal for a quick snack while looking out over the Mediterranean .The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. There is a separate utility room which has separate washer and dryer.

Security

Mirador Bahia is accessed through electronic gates and has private underground parking, the apartment has video entry phone and is alarmed.

30% deposit is required at time of booking along with 300 Euro refundable security deposit payable 8 weeks before start of rental. Deposit returned with 14 days of departure less any deduction for breakages or losses.

The apartment is cleaned prior to each let extra cleaning services available upon request.
