This property is situated on the exceptional Neuvo Portil Golf Course on Green 4. The house is suitable for families and golfers and enjoys countryside scenery and magnificent beaches with breathtaking views all along the coast.

The property has 3 floors. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a wonderful sun filled balcony and sun lounges. The top floor also boasts a secluded balcony with table and chairs and a view of the room also has a sofabed increasing the sleeping capacity to 8. The third bedroom has twin beds and there is a second shower room and a third toilet on the ground floor. The spacious lounge/diner has a sun terrace with ample space to enjoy with the whole family. There is also a modern fully equipped kitchen.

With an amazing coastline, beautiful beaches and a wealth of superb golf course this is a wonderful holiday destination that should not be missed!

A 25% deposit will be required upon your booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before departure. The amounts quoted apply for full weeks. Different rates for shorter or longer lets are available on request. A refundable damage payment of 250 euros to be paid 7 days prior to commencement of stay and refunded within 5 days of departure.

Extra arrangement can be made for Golf weekends.
