The Villa, La Rosa Blanca.
La Rosa Blanca is in a peaceful part of the village with a pleasant and private garden ideal for barbequing or relaxing in any time of the day. There is large sun terrace from which there are views over Campoverde and in the distance the Mediterranean and the Mar-Menor. There are sun canopies around the house and on the sun terrace if you prefer the shade.

Pinar De Campoverde
The centre of Campoverde is only a short walk and has several bars, restaurants, bank etc. The supermarket is a 5 minute car journey or a 20 minute walk, however the supermarket will deliver free of charge to addresses in the village. There is a small street market on Sunday mornings. On the other side of the village is the famous Natural Area “Rio Seco” where you can walk along the bed of the river, which has carved a spectacular gorge. As well as a public pool near the bars and restaurants where you can pay locally (approx 3 euros a day), near Rio Seco there is also a 20,000m2 sports area with several tennis courts, basketball, football and a large public swimming pool.There is a brand new Golf course which opened in 2008 just 1.5 km from the village.
Access.
20 minutes drive from Murcia (San Javier) Airport, approximately 1 hour from Alicante.
Campoverde is also home to both native Spanish inhabitants, and a nice mix of European ex-patriots from the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Norway, and Germany.
The nearest town is Pilar de la Horadada, where you can join the AP7 Alicante-Cartegena Autoroute or access the beaches of the Mediterranean. There are about 4kms of sandy beaches stretching from El Mojon to Mil Palmeras, including a small, pretty cove at Torre de la Horadada where there is also a Marina. This is a 15 minute drive from the house.
