THE COMPLEX - LA NOGALERA La Nogalera is a secure complex with well kept gardens, two large swimming pools with bar facilities and a kids pool, situated in the centre of the town of Torremolinos, at just 300 m. from the beach. Shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, taxis and a train station are all at a walking distance from the resort. It won the National Architecture Prize in 1968. It is a clear representative of Torremolinos around the world
ABOUT THE AREA
Torremolinos is the ideal place for those who are looking for a secure, fun and stylish holiday in the core of The Costa del Sol. Close to the beach, no more than 300 metres and 10 minutes from the Malaga Airport, well connected by train facilities and motorway. The complex is situated in an elevated position, dominating the sea and is surrounded by different types of shops, bars, pubs, restaurants, shopping centres (PLAZA MAYOR, which is only 3 kms. Away from the resort and with its own train station.)
Torremolinos is therefore the ideal location for family entertainment, as it combines sun, culture, sports, folkclore and a wonderful nightlife.
It’s population is of 50.000 inhabitants, however it reaches 300.000 in the summer.
Other interesting places nearby are Malaga, Fuengirola and Marbella.
THE APARTMENT The apartment is located on the second floor overlooking the gardens and the main swimming pool. It has 24hr security and is ideally suitable for couples and families. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment was renovated recently, with a fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All linen and bath towels are provided, except for beach towels. The main bedroom has its own balcony.
The living room has a dining area with seating for up to 6 people, sofa, armchair, chimney, TV . The terrace contains a full set of patio furniture for eating outside and/or sunbathing.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, grill, microwave, large fridge, coffee machine, toaster and all silver ware.
One of the bathrooms has a bath and the other one only has a shower.
Two of the bedrooms are double (one with a couple’s bed and the other with two separated ones). The third bedroom has only one bed. All of then have large wardrobes.
