The property has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully fitted kitchen with dining area, comfortable lounge with french windows overlooking the garden and sun terrace. Beamed ceilings. It has full central heating and there is a bed settee in the lounge so the property will sleep up to 3.

Outside there is a sun terrace with outside furniture for al fresco dining, paved patio with loungers, sunken Roman bath feature with soothing fountain and a cooling shower. The pretty garden has olive trees, outside lighting and a barbeque.

It is within walking distance of 3 restaurants and only 5 minutes from Trabuco a traditional "white-walled" Spanish village which has full facilities, banks, shops, restaurants, a swimming pool and a market every Wednesday. It is very centrally located being just 40 minutes from Malaga and Granada Airports, 45 minutes from the beaches of the Costas del Sol and Tropical and 50 minutes from Granada with its magical moorish Alhambra Palace and skiiing in the Sierra Nevada. Nearest golf course is in beautiful Antequera only 25 minutes away. Further afield the property is within easy driving distance of some of the greatest cities of Spain - Cordoba, Jerez, Jaen, Cadiz, Gibraltar and, of course, magical Seville - perfect for a cultural tour. Also a perfect location for bird watchers, walkers, bikers, climbers and nature lovers. Car hire recommended.
