Description: |
Location and amenities
This is a truly stunning residential home in the established and highly desirable area of Punta Prima. Just 5 minutes to Torrevieja town center and within minutes of the playas de Orihuela and golf courses, all facilities close by. The villa has approximately 270m2 built over 2 levels and sits on a 900m2 plot. The property was completely restored in 1996 including re designing the garden and adding the pool area. Walking distance to the beach is 6 minutes.
Exterior
The garden consists of many established trees and plants and can be described as sub-tropical. Included are 10 mature palm trees other tropical trees. All areas watered by the automatic irrigation system.
The pool is 9.5x5 in a natural stone setting and has lighting for night time use. To the right side of the villa and in front of the pool area is a covered outside kitchen including BBQ, gas range, fridge and sink with plenty of cupboard space. Situated behind the kitchen is a shower room with W.C.
The driveway is accessed by the large remote controlled front gate and is laid down to gavel. There is parking for 3/4 cars.
The entire plot is surrounded by a 2mtr high stone and brick wall. The pool and garden are maintained regularly
The Interior:
A covered porch leads to the front door. You enter the property into a spacious entrance area which leads to both the lounge and the dining area. Mainly open planned with high pitched ceilings and beams, and large archways. The total area is light and airy with a large glass window and doors. The lounge has a feature fire place with shelving to the ceiling.
The dining area is considered to be the central area of the house spacious enough to allow comfortable sitting area and access routes. The kitchen is accessible from the dining room.
The kitchen is completely tiled in a rustic fashion and is well fitted with plenty of cupboards, fridge freezer, waist level oven, microwave, and range covered hob. Just off the kitchen is a laundry and back door leading to a patio area. Just off the dining room, accessed by a small recess is a very large bedroom with wooden floors and high half pitched ceiling and fitted cupboards. Next to this bedroom is a large decorative full bathroom.
Located at the other side of the dining room is another bedroom with fitted cupboards and a window looking out over the back patio.
The main bedroom is located to the far corner of the dining room. Leaving the dining area you pass though a small landing area and enter the bedroom. This bedroom has fitted robes and a wooden floors, is spacious with plenty of light from the window which overlooks the pool area. This is an en-suite bedroom, with a door leading to large airy bathroom with Jacuzzi.
Back to the landing, proceed upwards via the ornate stairway to the buhardilla. The top landing has a feature picture window. Rustic ceiling beams. Double doors lead you into a large sitting room with large window overlooking the pool area and glass double doors leading to an open balcony with great views of the garden and the local area. Back inside the doorway leading from the lounge takes you to a bedroom with fitted robes and window, and then on the en-suite bathroom, very decorative in its design.

Close by and easy to walk within minutes are many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Within this beachside urbanizacion is a restaurant, church and the beach of Punta Prima. A short drive takes you to the heart of the Orihuela Golf country where there are three 18 hole course. just along the coast and no more that a 10 minute drive you will find 5 more sandy beaches at Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor, all have plenty of facilities. The nearest town is Torrevieja just 5 klms. |
