It is only 25 minutes from Malaga airport. Situated in the lovely villa of El Faro and only 10 minutes walk to the lovely sandy beach of El Faro. 5 minutes drive to the Miraflores and Fuengirola Beach resorts and 10 minutes walk to La Cala where there are shops, restaurants, banks and supermarket plus another lovely sandy beach. It is close to the many golf clubs in the Mijas Costa area, Mijas Golf being only 10 minutes walk away. The El Chapparel Golf club is just a short distance where non golfers can enjoy a fantastic lunch, at a reasonable price. The ski area of Sol y Nieve is only two hours drive as is the beautiful towns of Granada and Seville.
The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and well equipped to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxed. The spacious open plan lounge has two two seater luxurious leather settees with satellite Sky TV. This leads into the modern well equipped kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and the dining area has a table and 4 chairs. There are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom with double bed and the twin bedroom with two single beds, both rooms have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The master bathroom has both bath, shower and bidet. This apartment can be rented either separately or together with the three bedroom, two bathroom, villa upstairs.
