La Manga Club
...with its 5* Hyatt Hotel, luxurious villas/ apartments & unrivalled championship standard golf, sports & leisure facilities is famously placed amidst mountains in the agricultural region of Murcia at the South East corner of Spain. It is on the Costa Calida, or ‘warm coast’, a long undiscovered but now developing area of coast. A new motorway has made it very accessible – 20 minutes from Murcia & 55 minutes from Alicante airports.
Las Palmeras
...is uniquely situated at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac on the edge of the resort, yet only 5 minutes walk from most of the shops, supermarkets, restaurants & tennis centre. These popular villas form an intimate community set amidst beautiful mature gardens, & you are sure to make new friends here during your stay. The perfect location above the picturesque par 47 putting green & high specification make this lovely small development of only 30 luxury properties one of the most regularly requested by visitors to the Club. The villas
...are semi-detached & in blocks of four - two below & two above - with a convenient apartment-style layout. Spacious & airy with highly efficient new individual air conditioning & marble floors, the accommodation is refreshingly cool in summer, yet adapts perfectly for winter living with rich furniture/ furnishings & central heating. It is extensively equipped throughout & especially commented on by our guests is the large, beautifully furnished covered terrace extension off the lounge, with its built in BBQ, allowing al fresco dining at any time of year. There is also a south-facing patio outside for sun lovers. Guests have free use of a lovely private pool, just a short stroll along a path directly outside, which takes you down through the delightful gardens. Being all on one (ground) floor, it is easily accessed by 3 steps from the a level approach, just 2 inside, & parking immediately outside the garden making it a particularly suitable choice for those with young children or grandparents.

Travel arrangements
You are required to arrange your own flights, airport parking, travel insurance & to pre-book any sports activities, but you will be provided with all the contacts you need to make this very easy for you if enquiring from the UK. We can arrange car hire at very reasonable rates with delivery either to the airport or Club. Taxi transfers available (approx 35€ per car from Murcia airport) which we can also arrange.

Flights operating:
To Murcia... Ryanair - from Stansted, E Mids, Luton, Glasgow Prestwick & Dublin , flybe - from Southampton & Birmingham , Jet2 from Leeds Bradford & Manchester, Eujet from Shannon & Kent. All of the above are low cost airlines & prices are cheapest immediately after timetables are released - usually around Dec/Jan for the summer & June/July for the winter. Huge savings can be made on peak fares by being first to book on-line. You are welcome to reserve the property in advance with the required deposit & wait for flights to be released - planning ahead is the key.
As new flights are introduced all the time you may find others. Also call Airborn Direct on 0870 750 1365 - they can often save a lot of time seaching.

En-suite bathroom - very luxurious with floor to ceiling marble, bath, large walk-in shower, twin basins, loo, bidet, heated towel rail, shaver point. Full sized soaps, loo roll, tissues & cotton wool balls supplied.

- Terms - deposit of £100 per week (£150 high season or reservations more than 6 months ahead) on booking, balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Deposit refundable only if subsequent booking found following cancellation. Payment by cheque preferred but secure on line payment available for overseas & short notice bookings (enquire for terms). Credit card slip security deposit on arrival. Access from 4pm on day of arrival to 10.00am on morning of departure. Changeover day usually Saturday during peak summer school holidays but otherwise we can usually be flexible depending on existing bookings.
