3 bedroom detached villa with own private twin pool.
Completed in 2005 in a pleasant newly developed residential area.
The Villa consists, large lounge with satellite TV, dining area, outside terrace, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms 2 with terrace, sleeps family of 6 [No pets]. Outside we have a shallow 2 x 2 mtr pool at only 450mm deep, this links to the 7 x4mtr main pool, shower, fixed stone barbeque, tables chairs etc. from sunrise to sunset the villa is bathed in sun all year round.
Local amenities include, several banks, large supermarket [15 minute walk],
+ 2 further supermarkets & Commercial centre, national health doctor, pharmacy, dentist, newsagent, and plenty of bars and restaurants. There is a good local bus service from La Marina to all local towns and markets as well as to La Marina beaches during the summer .
La Marina del Mar is located 25 minutes south of Alicante city and Airport,
40 minutes north of Murcia airport. also 20 minutes north of the busy sea side resort of Torrevieja.
Golf at Rojales 10 minutes, Las Ramblas, Villa Martin, Campoamar 20 minutes, La Manga 45 minutes.
5 minutes by car will take you to the blue flag beaches of La Marina a 5km stretch of sandy coastline, the local beach also sports a restaurant / bar.
We do however recommend the hire of a car to take full advantage of your stay.
Eating out: You will find a wide range of bars and restaurants in La Marina and the surrounding areas such as Guardamar, Santa Pola, Alicante and Torrevieja
Places to visit such as Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia water park are a great day out for all age groups, located to the east side of Benidorm a little less than a 1 hour drive from La Marina.
