A charming three-bedroom villa with private pool in the heart of the Andalucian countryside yet only a short drive to local amenities.

Description: |
The comfortable and well maintained accommodation comprises three double bedrooms (one double and two twins), a large fully fitted kitchen with dining area, living room, a good sized full bathroom and a further shower room with access via the covered terrace.
Extensive gardens and lawns provide further areas for sitting or walking and enjoying the scenery, while the roof terrace offers spectacular panoramic views. Ample garden furniture and sunloungers are provided, plus a barbecue, and there is plenty of space for poolside sunbathing. The large beautiful pool (10m x 5m) has roman steps down into the shallow end.
For your entertainment there is satellite TV and a DVD player, and for your comfort there is full air conditioning. An open fire in the living room (and central heating) is ian added attraction for holidaymakers in the cooler months.
The villa comfortably sleeps 7 people as a folding bed is provided as well as a travel cot if you are taking a little one. It is also suitable for the elderly as there are very few steps and all the main areas are on one level.
Although in the heart of the countryside, it is only a few minutes by car to Alhaurin El Grande which has numerous shops, supermarkets and great restaurants. Some 10 minutes away is Coin which again has numerous shops and restaurants as well as La Trocha, an indoor complex with stores such as Dunnes, an excellent Corte Ingles supermarket, a Burger King and various cafes/bistros and even a bowling alley!
The beaches of Benelmadana, Fuengerola and Marbella are only 25 minutes away and the mountain village of Mijas is even closer. If you want to go further afield Gibraltar is just over an hour away. Golf is big in this part of Spain and this villa is perfectly placed with superb courses within a 10 minute drive.
All-in-all we think that this villa is in the perfect place to explore all Andalucia has to offer or to just stay and soak up the sun in a very private place that is not overlooked and has a fantastic pool to cool down in
