This is a superb, spacious, comfortably furnished, 4 bedroom 3 bathroom, end of terrace townhouse with the pool right next door. Outside there are sunny terraces to front and rear for al fresco dining. The proximity of golf courses and beaches makes it ideal for golfers and families alike. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a full size bath and shower, and a private sunny terrace with table and chairs.
It’s location is ideal for access to the beach (15 mins walk), supermarkets (0.4 km nearest), shops, restaurants, bars (all within 5 mins walk) and the AP7 motorway which gives quick access to the historic cities of Murcia and Cartagena.
Whether it be a relaxing holiday, simply laying around the pool the beach or on a sun terrace, or a more activity based time away, Los Alcazares offers the perfect setting and location to do it all.
There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedded rooms. There is a large lounge/dining room complete with dining table with seating for 8 and two large sofas. There is a CD player, DVD player and satellite TV. There is air conditioning/heating in the lounge and master bedroom with ceiling fans in all other bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a full size bath and shower, and a private sunny terrace with table and chairs. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave etc. and the washing machine is located in the utility area. The house has secure parking in the basement.
There are sun terraces to front and rear with patio furniture and a Bar B Q. You can relax on the front terrace with a glass of wine whilst the children play in the pool which is adjacent to the house.
It’s location is ideal for access to the beach (15 mins walk), supermarkets (10 mins to Consum and Lidl where they bake their own bread daily), shops, restaurants, bars (all within 5 mins walk) and the AP7 motorway which gives quick access to the historic cities of Murcia and Cartagena.
There are 5 bicycles in the basement which are abvailable for guest use.
Los Alcazares / Los Narejos area
The Costa Calida is known as Spain's warm coast . Los Alcazares (pronounced 'los-alcatha-res') is situated in the Murcia region of south-eastern Spain. The area enjoys an average of 320 days of sunshine each year. Bars, cafes and restaurants provide drinks, tapas, meals and it offers every kind of facility for a larger town with some fantastic eating places, some excellent nightlife, festivals and carnivals throughout the year, as well as a twice weekly local market selling everything from curtains to very fresh local vegetables. Throughout the year, the area offers boundless opportunities for sports and other activities. Golfers will be delighted that no less than seven golf courses can be found within a short drive from the town.
Beaches:
There are numerous blue flag beaches, including those around Los Narejos and Los Alcazares which are a short walk, and La Manga, Caba Roig, Mar de Cristal, mostly within a short drive, and ideally located around the calm warm waters of the Mar Menor and Mediterranean Sea.
Water Sports:
Several water sports centres operate along the coast line and La Manga, with kite surfing off the north part of Los Narejos beach being particulary popular. There are activities along the beach such as sailing, kite surfing, jet ski and snorkeling. Also a sailing school where equipment can be hired is located on the beach front. Also If you are a bike lover you can hire one at the shop in the plaza in the town.
Golf:
The Costa Calida is also known as the "Costa Del Golf". Golfers will be delighted that no less than seven golf courses can be found within a short drive from the town. The area is a golfers paradise, with Roda Golf, La Serena, La Manga Golf and Country Club which boasts 3 championship golf courses, 28 tennis courts and a football academy, La Torre and Polaris World Mar Menor, all within the immediate vicinity. There are also several more courses opening very soon.
Nightlife:
The area boasts every kind of nightlife from al fresco dining and bars of Los Narejos and Los Alcazares to the the bright lights of Torrievieja and La Manga.
Mountain Biking/Walking:
A short drive inland opens up opportunities to enjoy miles of unspoilt countryside.
