Description: |
The apartment is on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the attractive gardens and large dolphin shaped swimming pool. It is fitted to a very high standard with marble floors and stylish furniture in keeping with the surroundings at Elegance. It can be accessed by lift directly from the garage parking space.
Within the apartment there are 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin. The double bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a fitted wardrobe. It also benefits with patio doors leading on to the balcony and an en suite designer bathroom with full size bath and shower. The second bedroom has comfortable twin beds; there is also another bathroom with a fully enclosed shower.
The spacious and contemporary furnished lounge dining room has comfy seating with patio doors leading onto the balcony. It also has a TV with DVD player and a stereo radio/CD player. The balcony overlooks the swimming pool and gardens and is an ideal spot to eat breakfast in the morning sunshine.
The modern kitchen with its granite worktops and surfaces is fully equipped with a washer drier, full oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven and all other appliances you are likely to need. A basic welcome pack of tea,coffee,sugar, milk and water is included in the rental price.
The apartment has air conditioning and warm air heating. For your convenience there will be tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water at the apartment on your arrival. This is a no smoking apartment although smoking is permited on the balcony.
The Elegance apartments are perfectly located just a 3 minute walk from Denia’s beautiful sandy beach and less then 10 minutes walk from the large selection of restaurants and shops that Denia offers. The complex has a 50 metre dolphin shaped swimming pool, a small children’s paddling pool set in attractive gardens and features facilities such as a gym, sauna, children’s play room, and computer room with free internet access.
Denia is easily accessed being a straightforward 80 minute drive from either Valencia or Alicante Airports, it is ideally located to explore Spains beautiful Northern Costa Blanca. Its tree lined streets hold many gems with its designer boutiques, luscious ice cream palours and warm, friendly bars. There is a large selection of high quality restaurants along the harbour front, many of which offer the traditional Menu del Dia’, which consists of great tasting food for superb value. The streets are full of life at any time of the day or year and there is a lovely local feel to the town. The buzzing happiness provides entertainment for all ages. When exploring deeper into Denia, there are many hidden picturesque back streets to be discovered, which complete the character of the town. Within these the true way of Spanish life can be found, along with some fascinating and unique shops which are tucked away from the thriving main streets.
Visit the historical parts of Denia including its beautiful castle surrounded by three impressive towers and Moorish remnants. It provides a spectacular view from the top, of Denia, the harbour, the sea and the near by mountains. There is also an archaeological museum to discover about local history.
A ferry can be caught to Ibiza and other Balearic islands from the harbour in Denia, there are also boat trips to Morira and Calpe, along with a glass bottom boat experience. The long sandy beach is also perfect for water sports as the wind blows in off the mountains. There is a Safari Park a few miles from the town and you can take a quad bike safari from Denia, information on these and many other things can be found in the towns excellent Tourist Information Office. There are golf clubs and tennis courts a short distance from the apartment, and next door there is the 5 star Hotel Daniya which offers facilities such as health spa and beauty treatment. Denia lies next to the Montgo Mountain with its National Park and just a short scenic drive inland will take you to many quaint Spanish mountain villages. Benidorm is a 30 minute drive from Denia and has many theme parks and water parks to offer such as Mundumar, Aqulandia, Terra Miticha and Terra Natura. You can also travel to Benidorm using the tourist train from Denia Station that takes a scenic route through the mountains. Although Denia is only 30 minutes from Benidorm it is a million miles away in character.

We will accept provisional bookings and hold your dates for a few days to enable you to book flights etc.
Prices are per apartment per week and include final cleaning subject to the apartment being left in a reasonable condition, also included, one set of bed sheets , bath towels and hand towels. Extra sets will be left for rentals of more than 1 week. A basic welcome pack of tea, coffee, water and milk is included in the rental price.
The rental period runs from 4pm on the first day to 10am on the last day unless prior arrangments are made.
A 20% deposit is payable upon booking with the remainder due at least 8 weeks before the rental starts. There will also be a £150 breakages and key deposit payable with the final amount. This will be refunded at the end of the rental period.
If the rental period covers more than one price zone then you will be charged per day in each zone.
Your rental can start and finish on any day and can be for any length of time, subject to availability
Payment can be accepted by Cheque, PayPal or Electronic banking.
We ask that you respect this as a No Smoking apartment, although smoking is permitted on the balcony.
