The view from this apartment is (arguably) the most panoramic ,breathtaking view on the Spanish coast. Cumbre del Sol is situated close to the resorts of Javea and Moraira.Javea golf, La Sella golf ,and Oliva golf closeby.Walking , water sports , tennis courts , rock climbing (with pegged and roped cliffs) among the many activities with excellent restaraunts and nightlife in Javea and apartment is frontline overlooking panoramic cliffs and secluded cove beaches.Cliff are sloped and not dangerous.Beautiful communal pool and restaurant , supermarket,cafe and pharmacy 5 minute walk away.Apartment is in the Pueblo de la Luz area just 2 km from a pretty secluded cove beach, (Playa Moraig ) with 2 small Spanish Restaurants (Summer months only) It is a mountainous area and a car is a must .Views are breathtaking yet you are still only 5 minutes drive from Javea and Moraira resorts.
Javea ,Benitachell, and Moraira have fabulous restaurants and nightlife entertainment common with typical resorts.Peaceful apartment with no passing traffic other than parking facilities outside.Living room suite can be extended to sleep 2 extra persons (6 total).Front south facing veranda .Benidorm and Theme parks only 1/2 hour drive .Fabulous inland mountain drives including Jalon valley and Guadalest
