Riviera del Sol is midway between Calahonda & Miraflores on the Mijas Costa just 25 mins drive from Malaga airport. Perfect for golfers with the famous Miraflores course just 10 mins walk or a 2 min drive away. With over 20 other local golf courses in the area youll be spoilt for choice! Welcome to the Costa del Golf! Riviera is also a fabulous destination for families. The apartment has access to 2 communal pools, kids pool, jacuzzi & sauna. The local beach is about 20 mins walk, which is sandy - very natural, colourful shells, no kiss me quick hats on this part of the coast! However, our
favourite beach, Cabopino, is just 10mins drive. Broad sandy shores combined with a pretty marina, & great bars/ restaurants make this beach a real award winner! The Aztec Club (fitness centre/gym, heated pool, tennis courts, minigolf), supermarkets, internet cafe & DVD hire are all 15 mins walk. Waterparks, zoo, sealife, theme parks, horse racing all within 20mins drive - lots to do!

If you need to hire items for young children/babies (high chairs, cots, strollers etc) this can be arranged for you and items delivered to the apartment prior to your arrival. Welcome packs, car hire, additional cleaning, airport pick ups also available. Please contact us for details. No smoking in apartment, however please feel free to smoke on the terrace outside. All linen and towels are provided, however, please bring your own towels for the pool/beach. There is also a utility room off the kitchen to store your suitcases/golf clubs etc... Ironing board, iron, hairdryer etc all provided. |

Special notes
Stay for 2 weeks and take £20 off the second week price! EXTRA NIGHTS in excess of 1 week will be charged at: £40 per night from October-March; £50 per night from April -June (alternatively the 2 week price will be charged if this works out cheaper!).
A deposit of 50% is required when making the booking and the balance is due six weeks prior to departure. A deposit of £135 pounds is held against breakages and damages, abnormal cleaning required and failure to return the keys on departure. This payment will be returned after the end of the holiday period, provided none of the aforementioned is incurred. Please allow 14 days for receipt. The damage deposit should be sent together with your holiday balance payment, when it becomes due.
