Large traditional restored 3 Double Bedroom Townhouse furnished to a high standard with the added value of a SUMMER ROOF KITCHEN and ROOF SHOWER in addition to the main kitchen and bathrooms spread over 3 floors. The house is ideally situated end of terrace with clear breathtaking views of the coast and mountains. Only 3 minutes from the Almijara Plaza with parking close by. In Competa you will find restaurants, bars, shops, banks and clinic. There is also a pool to use at the Hotel Balcon for a small charge which is open June to October subject to change and a local gym.
Competa is approximately 50 minutes from Malaga airport or 120 from Granada.
