This second floor apartment is furnished to a high standard.
The well equipped kitchen over looks the dining area, where an extending dining table will suit all your self catering needs.
The main living area is also open plan and is well furnished including, a high quality double sofa bed. A colour TV with satellite channels including Sky Sports enables you to watch the match or your favourite soap, before strolling to one of the fine selection of restaurants just a few minutes away.
The balcony has a table and chairs and is an ideal for breakfast in the sun!!
The master bedroom is en suite and has access to the balcony. The second bedroom is next to the family bathroom, so it has an en suite feel to it.
There is easy access to the large roof terrace. Take in the views as far south as La Manga and enjoy the sun!!
The large communal pool is designed for all the family including a safe area ideal for smaller children.
La Zenia beach is 5 minutes away. It has a safe, gently shelving profile and is patrolled by lifeguards, where the kids will have a ball.
There are numerous shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance.
VillaMartin golf club is also only a short walk away. This challenging 18 hole course has lots to offer the keen golfer and has competitively priced green fees.
There are also a further 4 courses very close by.
The town of Torreveija, just along the coast, is a great family night out. As well as restaurants to suit all tastes. The shops remain open well into the evening, the ladies can enjoy, whilst Dad takes the children to the Fun Fair (seasonal).
