There is a 100 euros damage/ cleaning deposit, which you will get back upon cleaning is not included,you have all the necessary equipment to clean or we can take care of it...
For any booking will need 20% of the amount and the remaining balance 2 weeks before the due date.
There is a 10 % discount for 3 weeks rent and 15 % for more then 3 weeks.
Those prices does no include cleaning service.
From June to October, arrivals and departures are every the other months,flexible.
