Description: |
•The apartment is less than a one hour drive from the budget airline airport of San Javier Murcia and one and a half hours from Alicante airport.
•The beautiful beach is only a leisurely 5 minute walk from the apartment and offers picturesque mountain views.
•Apartment has air-conditioning (hot and cold) throughout.
•Lounge has two two-seater sofas. T.V. (Spanish) and C.D. player. A selection of music C.D.’s and books are provided. Modern pale-wood furniture consists of drawer-unit, shelf and small coffee-table.
•Dining area has a tall cabinet, extending dining-table with four chairs in matching pale wood. Baby-chair available.
•Kitchen has breakfast-bar, fridge-freezer, washing-machine, electric oven-hob, kettle, toaster, microwave-oven, iron and ironing-board.
•The bathroom is tiled in terracotta and white with toilet, basin and shower.
•Bedroom 1 has twin-beds, bedside cabinet and lamp, safe, built in wardrobe with shelves and drawers. Hairdryer provided.
•Bedroom 2 has two ‘kangaroo-style’ beds, bedside cabinet and built in wardrobe with shelves and drawers. Hairdryer provided. Travel cot available.
•Outside the apartment through patio doors is a spacious area with patio-table and four chairs and facility for drying wet clothes and towels.
•Apartment has own allocated parking-space on complex.
•Isla Plana is well served with restaurants, bars, a chemist, bakers, bank, grocery-store and general-store (sells English newspapers!)
•Easy access to several golf-courses, beaches, water-sports, walking, cycling, fishing and places of interest.
•Apartment is all one level.

Apartment is easily accessible tfrom both Murcia and Alicante airports.
On the doorstep of Isla Plana you will find numerous stretches of sandy beaches with clear blue sea along many secluded coves. For those who enjoy an energetic holiday the countryside offers plenty of walks as well as diving, sailing, water-sports, fishing, golf and many other facilities.
Isla Plana has three beaches. The best beach is only a 5 min. leisurely walk from the apartment. This beautiful sandy beach is in a lovely bay surrounded by mountains.
Only a 25min drive away is the historic naval city of Cartagena with its museums and many places of interest It also boasts some small shopping areas along with large stores such as El Corte Ingles.
Puerto Mazarron is only 5km. to the west with its long sandy beaches, many restaurants, bars and some larger supermarkets.
There are numerous golf courses within easy reach of the apartment. The closest is Camposol (30 mins.) and La Manga club with its three championship courses is less than a one hour drive away. Other courses within sensible reach are Mar Menor Golf Resort, Roda (opened June), Campoamor, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Hacienda del Alamo, La Torre, Mosa Trajectum and La Serena. All these courses offer all year round challenging golf. |

Guests cannot enter the property before 3pm and must leave by 10am. This is worse case and depends on the next or previous occupancy. You will receive a full welcome pack with address directions and key contact etc. Late arrival call-out charge (after 8pm) is £20.
Final payment is due 6 weeks prior to departure. If payment is not received 3 weeks prior to departure the booking will be treated as cancelled and the full payment claimed. If cancellation made before final payment the deposit will be claimed.
We advise you take out adequate holiday insurance in case of cancellation due to ill health etc.
After your stay, subject to the safe return of all keys and no damage or breakages, the £150 deposit will be returned.
Airport transfer can be arranged: Murcia (one-way) is £40 and Alicante (one-way) is £60. This is payable at same time as final payment 6 weeks prior to stay.
Advice regarding car-hire can be given if required.
