This detached property boasts 1500 square meters of beautifully maintained grounds, a private pool, poolside shower and large sun terrace ideally suited for small dinner parties and BBQs. or enjoy breakfast overlooking the Sierria Bernia Mountain.

The accommodation consists of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom, shower/wet room, an L shaped lounge/dining room and fully fitted open plan kitchen. Facilities include: Satellite TV,DVD, CD/radio, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, four sun beds, BBQ and large external dining table and chairs.

The grounds are fully enclosed with white walls and fencing. The large car park can accommodate several vehicles.

Casa Kallista is an 8 minute drive from Calpe, a historical town with deeply rooted traditions and is also one of the most popular destinations on the Costa Blanca.
